Cancellation Policy

• 24-Hour Notice:  Cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment to receive a full refund if prepaid.

• Late Cancellations:  Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will be charged a $50 nonrefundable fee.

• No-Shows:  Missing your appointment without notice will result in the full session fee being charged.

• Rescheduling:  Changes made less than 24 hours before the appointment may also incur the $50 fee.

• How to Cancel:  Call 602-292-3334 and either speak to a representative or leave a voicemail with your name, appointment time, and contact information. Cancellations via text, email, or social media are not accepted unless confirmed by EnRiched Bodywork.
